Jeff has worked on catwalk and fashion show designs for PRADA, advertising and gallery curation for KesselsKramer, interactive technologies for NEC, Keio University and the National University of Singapore, and architecture and exhibition design for the Office for Metropolitan Architecture / Rem Koolhaas.
He has exhibited at the Barbican, Southbank Centre, Singapore Design Festival, Archifest, Art House Singapore, and in galleries in Munster, Berlin, Vienna, Crete, Tokyo and more. Jef has also spoken at venues such as TEDxZurich, Dorkbot, PechaKucha, Vivid Sydney, Social Innovation Camp and others.
He was awarded a BFA in Monumental Kunst from the Aki, an MA in Creative Practice for Narrative Environments from Central Saint Martins College, and earned his PhD at the National University of Singapore in Integrative Sciences & Engineering. He has numerous peer-reviewed publications on the topics of HCI and Social Robotics, and has patents in Japan and the USA for his inventions.
Recently he was Assistant Director at the National Gallery Singapore, and is an Adjunct Lecturer at UNSW, a Peer of the Australia Council for the Arts, and is the Director of Innovation at Villains.
