A Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and expert Design Strategist for DesignSingapore, Tamsin has more than 20 years’ experience delivering change and transformation programmes.

A graduate of Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine she was the first jointly-funded post holder between London Borough of Barnet Planning Authority and Barnet Health Authority, pioneering integrated care initiatives. Working for the UK Department of Health, she managed the UK’s longest running public health campaign, the Heartbeat Award.  

Tamsin currently heads the Smart Health Leadership Centre at the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, using data, digital & design to transform the future of health.
